Structured implementation. Clear ownership.

Choose the level of build support your business actually needs.

HubMarketeer turns your business knowledge, customer journeys and digital requirements into a connected hub with a defined scope, controlled implementation and practical handover. Start with a focused foundation, build a fuller commercial hub or scope a custom platform when the business truly requires it.

No instant package push. We first look at fit, complexity and ownership.

Build path
  1. 01FitStart with the business outcome.
  2. 02ScopeDefine routes, responsibilities and boundaries.
  3. 03BuildExpand from one reviewed foundation.
  4. 04HandoverKeep ownership and editing practical.

One quality standard. The scope grows only when the business case justifies it.

Different complexity needs different responsibility.

A good scope includes what matters—and excludes what does not.

A service business with one audience and one clear customer route should not pay for platform complexity it cannot use. A growing business with funnels, content and follow-up needs more than a simple website. And a business involving accounts, private data or custom operations should not be forced into a fixed package.

The right level is determined by business outcome, number of customer routes, content, integrations, data, roles and operational risk.

01

Customer routes

How many audiences, offers and decisions must work together?

02

Connected functions

Which pages, content, funnels and integrations belong in the first scope?

03

Operational responsibility

Do data, roles, access or recovery require deeper architecture?

One quality standard. Three levels of scope.

From focused foundation to custom operating environment.

Level 1

Best fit for

  • Businesses with several conditional customer or operational routes

Blueprint and custom milestone proposal

The table shows scope boundaries, not a guarantee that every possible capability will be suitable for a specific business or available without validation.

Scope changes. Responsibility does not.

Every level follows the same core quality principles.

The number of pages or integrations may change. The standards for clarity, ownership and responsible implementation remain the same.

Business-first structure

Pages, tools and automations are connected to a defined audience, offer and customer journey.

Clear ownership

Accounts, domains, data and responsibilities have a documented owner wherever practical.

Controlled implementation

A representative foundation is reviewed before the full scope expands.

Practical legal infrastructure

Applicable approved policies, business details, links and choices are configured around the functions included in the build. Specialist legal approval remains separate where required.

Human approval at critical moments

Publishing, live payments, bulk communication and campaigns do not happen automatically without explicit approval.

Manageable handover

Editable content, responsibilities, known limitations and next steps are documented instead of hidden in a black box.

Add only what creates a real business benefit.

Some needs belong beside the core build—not inside every package.

Add-ons are scoped, validated and priced separately. External subscriptions, transaction fees, licences, advertising budgets and third-party services remain visible rather than being hidden inside the build fee.

  • Extra page template, offer route or audience route
  • Additional language and translation QA
  • New brand identity, logo or extended design production
  • Professional photography, video, audio, animation or AI visual package
  • Additional lead asset or extended content production
  • Blog, content, CRM, product or member migration
  • Additional funnel or campaign route
  • Additional connector or custom automation
  • Community, course or membership expansion
  • Combined Pay & Book, subscriptions or payment-to-access
  • Accounts, portal, uploads, dashboard or Dedicated Cloud implementation
  • Launch support, training or an optional Care Plan

Fit before proposal.

The recommendation follows the build reality—not the largest package.

A larger scope is not automatically a better scope. Each decision should be supported by a real customer, operational or ownership need.

  1. 01

    Start with the Hub QuickScan

Review seven foundations and identify where the current environment deserves closer attention.

  2. 02

    Confirm the route and complexity

We look at audience, customer journeys, pages, content, languages, systems, data, responsibilities and required integrations.

  3. 03

    Freeze the agreed scope

The included work, boundaries, client inputs, review moments and acceptance criteria are documented before implementation expands.

  4. 04

    Receive the appropriate proposal

A focused or flagship project can move towards a defined proposal after fit confirmation. Complex platform work first requires deeper Blueprint-level discovery.

Transparent scope before pricing.

The build fee and ongoing infrastructure are kept separate.

Final pricing will follow validated scope, delivery data, complexity, responsibility and external costs. Platform subscriptions, cloud capacity, payment fees, connectors, licences and optional ongoing support are identified separately so ownership and recurring commitments remain clear.

Package prices and fixed delivery promises will be introduced only after the HubMarketeer pilot has produced reliable delivery evidence.

Clear answers before commitment.

Questions worth asking before you choose a build route.

Can I buy one of these packages immediately?

Not yet through an automatic checkout. In the current phase, the Hub QuickScan and a fit conversation help determine whether the project belongs in a focused, flagship or custom route. Direct Blueprint payment and booking will be activated only after that full flow has been validated.

Why are there no prices yet?

HubMarketeer is validating real delivery time, automation, quality checks and support requirements through its own flagship pilot. Pricing will be published or quoted only when it can be connected to a dependable scope and delivery model.

Do I have to choose the largest level for legal documents?

No. Necessary approved legal links and configurations are not intentionally omitted to force an upgrade. The implementation effort depends on the real business model, functions, markets, data and customer routes.

Is copywriting included?

The first structured webcopy for the included pages is prepared from accurate client source information and then corrected and approved by the client. Extensive original research, unlimited content production and specialist regulated copy are separate scopes.

Are platform and external service costs included?

Not automatically. Platform subscriptions, cloud, payment fees, connectors, licences, media production and other third-party costs are identified separately before a proposal becomes binding.

What happens when my needs exceed the package?

We either define a clear add-on, recommend a higher level or move to Blueprint-based custom scoping. New functionality is not quietly treated as a small revision.

Can I manage the hub after delivery?

That is the goal. Appropriate text, images, links and repeated content are made manageable where reliable, and the handover explains ownership and safe editing. Ongoing support remains optional.

Does HubMarketeer guarantee business results?

No. The service provides structure, implementation and quality control within the agreed scope. Revenue, traffic, rankings, legal compliance and other business results depend on factors beyond the build itself.

You do not need to choose a package alone.

Start with your foundation. Then choose the right level of support.

Use the free Hub QuickScan to review seven foundations and take the first step towards a focused, flagship or custom build path.

No instant checkout. No automatic sales call.
